ABOUT OUR STUDIO
Dutch-born Arthur Benjamins achieved acclaim in the UK and countries as far as Japan and Australia with his motor racing art. He pioneered the use of enamel paints, which no other artist had ever attempted in motor racing art. His colorfully trademark photo-realistic style caught the attention of the media and public. His use of photo realism by motoring artists since 1983 began to be widely copied.
Cathy Gross is the owner of “1 Pilgrim Studio”. In 1976 she emigrated from France to United States where she settled and raised her family. Her love for art inspired her to start “1 pilgrim Studio.”
Cathy is based out of Phoenix, Arizona, and her love of travel earnt her the nickname of “Pilgrim”. In between doing art shows in the USA, you can find her visiting her family, friends and traveling through Europe.
